Nobody in government saw the panel report as it was immediately handed over to the committee to do its work. ALSO, human rights activist and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana, has urged the state government to implement the recommendations of the judicial panel. “When you pass through the Lekki tollgate, you will see them doing some wiring and testing.
